Signed in Aug 06 for a club record fee of £4, Brown one has been integral to the clubs success and Troggs are constantly fighting off speculation of big money Transfers. Probably the best shot stopper in the Ashford league, Brown one picked up the Players player award in 06/07 Season and did the double in 08/09 picking up the managers and players player awards.

Former Manager Tony is a horrid little man. He can do a job a the back or in midfield, (if the job you want done is kicking the ball out!). Tireless and loves throwing himself into a tackle. Career highlights include master-minding the Troggs promotion from Division 2 in 06/07 as manager and twice picking up players player of the season (07/08 and 01/02 Seasons) and also the Managers player in 02/03 Season.

Logga is a hard tackling no nonsense left back. Getting better each season going forward and is often deployed left mid. Suspension and a knee Injury he picked up playing for the reserves has meant Log hasn't featured as much as all would have liked this year. Log picked up the Players player of the Year in 05/06 Season

Lee was brought to the club by Tony Carty in Aug 06. The Big Tackling center back plays with passion and aggression. Known to lose his head on the pitch and off it on occasion but when he doesn't he is a force to be reckoned with. Must have big pockets having seen a host of strikers in them.

Utility man Bruce used to spend most of his time in the Center of the Park but has dropped back in recent seasons, employed as a full back or Sweeper. Reads the game well and breaks up the play. If Hank comes out, can be a Horrid little man.

Tom might be the oldest player in the squad but he is probably the fittest. "One more year" seems to have become his motto. Tennis coach by day Tommy is a box to box center midfielder with bags of energy and creativity. Tommy has enjoyed a long career with Troggs, picking up the Managers player of the year on no less than 3 occasions (93/94, 94/95 and 98/99)

Brought to the club by Paul Newman in pre season 05, Dyke can do a job all over the pitch (even up top, honest) and has often been deployed at center back this year. Used to score wonder goals, now just gets injured allot. Has been integral in the clubs scouting network. Dyke Snr has endured a disappointing season being plagued by 2 injuries, groin strain and the resulting fatness. Managers player 05/06 and 07/08 seasons.

Named Captain this year by Stocker, Newman is relishing the role. Has turned himself into a holding midfielder sitting deep and dictating the play. Chunk also had a stint as gaffa in 05/06 guiding the troggs to 4th in division 2 and narrowly missing out to Bethersden in the Division 2 Cup losing on penalties in the final. He had to stand down due to a long trip to Miami but returned a much slimmer, fitter player.

Towering striker Matt Dyke broke onto the scene aged just 17. Often referred to as the better Dyke brother, there is more to come from Matt in the future as he hunts to rediscover his early season form.

Roffey has all the attributes a striker needs; Pace, Strength and Power and if could just add a bit more composure and consistency to these he would surely light up the league. Still young and set to become a major player for the Troggs. Top scorer last season despite missing several games due to illness

Mooner used to be widely accepted as the best Troggs player in any squad but has become a bit hit and miss in recent seasons. He tends to miss easy chances but still hit the odd wonder goal. Age, retirement threats and a turbulent private life has Troggs fans fearing they may have sadly already seen all mooney has to offer the Troggs. Won the reserve team player player of year in 94/95 but since then has been strangely exempt from player award voting

Smardens best cricketer. Stockers right hand man has great pace, not a bad cross and fancies himself as a dead sepcialist. Gibbo has enjoyed spells up top and right midfield but is now mostly deployed as RWB or a (very) attacking full back.

Loppy is a towering center back who is often unbeatable in the air. Likes a cruyf on the edge of his own box. Lops had a year stint as Manager in 07/08 Season guiding the Troggs to promotion to the Ashford Sunday Prem and to the Division 1 Cup Final but left his position due to family commitments at the start of this season. A highlight of his managerial reign was the Manager of the Month award in September 07

Eelsy is busy and energetic and can constantly be heard winding up the opposition. Can do a job in the center of the park and also at wing back, he possesses good pace and ball control and will never give up.

Harrison rejoins the club this season after spending 2 season at Bethersden (Saturdays) recovering from the broken leg he suffered whilst playing for Troggs in the 05/06 Season. He already looks like he will soon be back his former glory. The right back is good on the ball and strong in the tackle, playing his way out of trouble and rarely getting beaten, he can also do a job right mid -a great asset to have back in the squad.

Bob can play in either full back slot. Calm on the ball, can pick a pass and strong in the tackle. Hasn't featured that much this season due to work commitments.

Stocker took over the managerial reign when Loppy stood down at the start of the season and has inspired the Troggs to a comfortable mid table finish in their first season in the Prem. As a player Stocks is a powerful center back, strong in the air and with a legendary slide tackle that you wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of. Like most Troggs player managers of recent seasons, doesn't like to pick himself when most would agree he should be in the team, but he prefers a sideline role barking the orders. Won Managers player in 99/00 Season

Pepper possesses immense pace and an eye for goal. If he could add composure and confidence to this he would certainly be more involved in first team action. He is the reserve team Top scorer this term and has popped up with the odd goal when called upon for first team duty

Marcus was brought back to the club and out of retirement by Paul Newman midway into the 05/06 season with his scoring ability taking him to the top of the goal scoring charts in 06/07 and 07/08 with 23 goals each year. Retired himself to the reserves this season but has been called upon on occasion and recently tried at Sweeper where he seems to fit in well, reading the game and playing his way out of trouble. The first team have missed him goals. Has featured in goal 5 times conceed just 2 with 3 clean sheets.

Reserve team player of the season, Charlie has looked impressive on his rare first team outings this term. A hot prospect for the future, he is good on the ball, likes to drive forward and also knows how to pick a pass and find the net.

Dogman has enjoyed a good season with the reserves and if he can capture his 5 a side form on the 11 a side stage, there is more to come from this player. Has done at job at wing back for the first team on occasion; his energy, drive, haircut and randomness entertaining the fans. Can't do throw in's.

Andy is (/was) a powerful striker whose strength, pace and ability had defenders quaking and nets rippling. Had to give up due to work commitments and the team has missed his goals and presence. Struggled to recapture previous form in his handful of appearances last term, but looks to be getting fitter this year and despite not being able to feature every week Stocker still hopes he can rediscover first team glories. Top scorer in 05/06 season with 25 goals in just 21 games and currently heads the all time list joint with Pearce

Unearthed by Stocks this pre season and looks like he could be a very promising prospect, especially usefull with Logga out for the majority of the season, so the left footer can slot in comfortably at left back.

Local boy Freddie has been unearthered by Arch this season. Despite being at the wrong end for 10 goals, he has already impressed this season deputising for Brown, having been thrown in at the deep end. Good shot stopper, rushes off his line at any opportunity and is very vocal! Definetly one for the future and will be pushing Brown for the first team number 1 spot after a season with the reserves.
